German Wood Congress Berlin 2022

On 29/30 June, the DeSH invited to the German Timber Congress in Berlin. Under the motto "125 years for wood - a new departure with tradition", the 125th anniversary of the interest group for the sawmill and timber industry was celebrated.

On the occasion of the anniversary, the speakers shed light on the position of wood in society, politics, science and the economy. The topics of climate change, sustainability and longevity in wood preservation also determined the discussion rounds here.
